The holding company “Kepler Weber S.A.,” a publicly traded corporation, is headquartered in São Paulo, state capital, and its shares have been traded on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão, under ticker KEPL3, since December 15, 1980.
The subsidiary, Kepler Weber Industrial S.A., a leader in grain storage equipment and post-harvest solutions in Latin America, is headquartered in the city of Panambi, in the State of Rio Grande do Sul. It has a branch in the city of Campo Grande, in the State of Mato Grosso do Sul and Procer in the city of Criciúma, in Santa Catarina.
The Panambi and Campo Grande units develop operational and industrial activities for the production of grain storage and conservation systems (silos, dryers, cleaning machines and their components), conveyors for ports and terminals, automation for monitoring of equipment, spare parts and technical assistance services of Kepler Weber Group.
