Who we are

Founded in 1925, Kepler Weber is an absolute leader in post-harvest and delivers complete solutions for grain processing, handling and conservation, from origination in rural properties, to transformation in agro-industries and logistics terminals in ports. Going far beyond the supply of equipment, the company offers project implementation management and specialized modernization and qualification services for processing units.

The company went public on December 15, 1980, and trades under ticker KEPL3. Its headquarters are located in São Paulo, State of São Paulo. The company has two factories: its headquarters located in Panambi, State of Rio Grande do Sul and a branch in Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul, which, together, develop the operational and industrial production activities.

In addition to two robust factories, the company also has nine distribution centers that are strategically located throughout Brazil in order to improve customer services. They are located in Panambi, State of Rio Grande do Sul; Cascavel, State of Paraná; Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul; Rio Verde, State of Goiás; Cuiabá, State of Mato Grosso do Sul; Balsas, State of Maranhão; and Paragominas, State of Pará, ensuring an agile service at all agricultural regions in Brazil.

1925
  • On May 12, a small blacksmith shop was founded by the brothers Otto Kepler and Adolfo Kepler Jr. in the city of Neu Wurtemberg (currently, Panambi).
1926
  • The small enterprise turns into an industry, manufacturing, among other products, pressed grease, tobacco and vegetable oil, honey centrifuges, and bodies for trucks and buses.
1939
  • Paulo Otto Weber is admitted as a partner, and the company “Kepler Irmãos & Weber” is created.
1963
  • The company becomes a corporation and starts to operate under the name “Kepler Weber S.A. – Indústria, Comércio, Importação e Exportação.”
1972
  • The first exports begin with the sale of the first equipment to Paraguay.
1975
  • Opening of the new industrial complex in Panambi, State of Rio Grande do Sul.
1996
  • The company’s shareholding control was acquired by leading institutions in Latin America’s financial and investment market.
2004
  • Opening of the new industrial unit in the city of Campo Grande, State of Mato Grosso do Sul.
2007
  • An important financial and capital restructuring is carried out, with entry of new shareholders.
2012 to 2013
  • The company established the specialization of the factories as a priority;
  • Transfer of the company’s corporate headquarters to São Paulo.
2016 to 2018
  • Kepler opened four distribution centers in the states of Goiás, Paraná, Rio Grande do Sul and Mato Grosso do Sul.
2019
  • Kepler Weber launched the Sync platform, bringing the industry 4.0 concept to the post-harvest segment.
2020
  • Opening of the fifth distribution center, in the State of Mato Grosso. Acquisition of the Seletron brand.
2021
  • Expansion of the product portfolio. The first Kepler Day was held.
2022
  • Offer to acquire 50% +1 Procer share;
  • Opening of other two distribution centers in the states of Bahia and Pará.
  • Launch of Fiagro Kepler with the participation of BNDES and BTG.
2023
  • Completion of the acquisition of 50% +1 of Procer shares;
  • Migration to the New Market;
  • Opening of two more distribution centers, located in MT and BA;
