Broadcast Companies: Kepler Weber is among the Top Ten Companies with the best results for its shareholders.

The Company was also contemplated in the category Small-Cap. The ranking is elaborated by Agência Estado in partnership with FGV-EESP.

São Paulo, June 29th, 2023 – Kepler Weber is among the top ten companies operating in Brazil that have generated the most results for its shareholders. The announcement was made during the Broadcast Empresas awards, held at an event in São Paulo on Thursday, June 29th.

The company got ranked in ninth place out of 240 companies analyzed by Agência Estado in partnership with FGV EESP. The ranking also includes BB Seguros, which was this year’s champion, and other brands such as Assaí (2nd), Weg (3rd), Engie (4th), RaiaDrogasil (5th), Ambev (6th), Hypera (7th), B3 (8th), and Santos Brasil (10th).

“The award highlights the success of a strategy implemented by Kepler Weber, which has dedicated efforts in recent years to sustainable growth, allowing us to capture the best opportunities in Brazil’s thriving agribusiness sector,” said Bernardo Nogueira, Commercial Director of Kepler Weber, to the event organizers.

The ranking reflects the results achieved by the companies throughout 2022, when Kepler Weber reached a record revenue of R$ 1.8 billion, a 48.1% increase compared to the previous year (R$ 1.2 billion). With a 135.6% increase in EBITDA, totaling R$ 568.2 million reflecting the year of 2021, the adjusted EBITDA margin was 31.3%, 11.6 percentage points higher than the same period the previous year.

Adjusted net profit amounted to R$ 386.2 million, with an adjusted net margin of 21.3%, 8.2 percentage points above the result reported in 2021.
