The company’s common shares will be traded on the Novo Mercado on July 26.

Kepler Weber, a company operating in post-harvest solutions, has been granted approval by B3 to migrate to the “Novo Mercado” segment. The Kepler board of directors had approved the migration in October of last year.

With this measure, Kepler stated that the company’s ordinary shares will be traded on the Novo Mercado starting on July 26, 2023.

“The migration to the Novo Mercado represents a significant step for the company, reinforcing its commitment to high standards of corporate governance,” the company said in a statement.
